Holiday Recipe #5 | Blueberry Yogurt Parfait

Blueberry Yogurt Parfait (serves 4)


  • 2 cups low-fat plain yogurt
  • 2 cups fresh sliced berries of choice (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries etc.)
  • 1 cup granola
  • 2 tbsp honey



  1. Layer 2 spoonfuls of yogurt, each into 4 separate serving cups. Add a layer of granola as well as a layer of berries on top.
  2. Repeat layering the yogurt, granola, and berries, and drizzle some honey in between the layers to taste.
